The banks digital initiative resulted in the internet business being split into Sales, Services, Mobile, Security & Content.  SQA Consulting were responsible for the Services Theme managing a QA Budget of 80 million GBP and a delivery capability of circa 100 test resources, adhering to an Agile / Water Scum Fall methodology in order to deliver Paperless Correspondence, Online Loan Servicing, Travel Flag, Overpayment Calculator, Credit Card Loyalty, Paperless Marketing, Commercial Registration and Instant Activation, Lost & Stolen Cards, View Transaction Details, Close Current Accoun
