SQA consulting are delighted to announce that we have been awarded The Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) – run by the Ministry of Defence.
The ERS motivates employers to support defence and encourage others to follow suit. To demonstrate our commitment to helping the armed forces community we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant,
The Bronze Award is given to employers who are actively committed to supporting those in or previously in defence. These are Employers who take a favourable attitude towards Reservists who are in existing employment or potential employees.
Employers with this award must commit to supporting the armed forces, be open to employing reservists and veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick) – and uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.
SQA Consulting are excited to pledge our support to our armed forces and that our work within the defence sector is recognised with this award.
